PhD Acceptance: Lorne Farovitch

Our Bridges Scholar, Lorne Farovitch, has been accepted in the Ph.D. Program in Translational Biomedical Science at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Lorne will receive his Masters of Science degree at RIT in Environmental Science then begin his doctoral studies this fall. His MS Thesis focused on the survivability of various pathogens in water and sediment to examine the water quality in Rochester.
